LevelUP are fortunate to have worked with an excellent development team in Herne Bay on their new luxury seafront accommodation. The unique location, views and local property market made this a prime opportunity for flexible serviced accommodation. Currently we work with the Landlord to provide holiday lets and short-term professional accommodation – both of which are forms of serviced accommodation. To highlight our management flexibility we also provide residential property management to longer term ASTs in the building, and of course undertake routine block management to ensure the long term sustainability and commercial viability of the project. We worked with the developer through construction phases of the project, to completion and now beyond.
