Our residential property management team are just a stone’s throw away from London, the South East, Home Counties and the Midlands. It’s important to us that we have excellent coverage across the range of properties that we manage.
We carry out regular inspections at all of the properties we manage. Our property managers record observations using an iPad, and can take photos to highlight any potential issue. Each inspection report is available for you to view through your phone or computer, you have the ability to open dialogue with us through the portal if you prefer to keep your communication all in one handy place. We make property management as simple, and as transparent as it can be.
