A commercial property management service is only as reliable as the contractors who serve it. We have our own trusted, accredited & approved contractor database who we use exclusively to advise, quote and deliver maintenance and repairs of all shapes and sizes. That being said we are happy to continue working relationships with existing contractors when we take on management of a new site, so long that all parties are agreeable to the cost and quality of work being provided.

LevelUP work closely with a select group of fire safety and risk assessors to ensure that your property meets and exceeds all health and safety requirements. There are no shortcuts to resident safety, and it’s our top priority to ensure properties are fit for purpose. We carry out comprehensive digital safety assessments once per year and provide reports through your management portal. We use drones and specialist software to provide information on difficult-to-access areas of a property such as the roof.

We’re proud of ARMA accreditation and our membership of the Property Ombudsman scheme. Property management is tarnished with the reputation of being a “cowboy industry” because it’s unregulated. Which is why we prioritise qualifications such as ARMA, and work closely with legal experts to ensure that we follow best practice procedures at all times.

Dan graduated Oxford Brookes University with a RICS Accredited Degree in Real Estate Management. Much of the course centred around commercial property management where Dan learnt the nuances of the industry. Dan is currently working towards his RICS qualification as a Chartered Surveyor. LevelUP have big plans to gain RICS accreditation at the earliest opportunity to further enhance our business reputation.
