Catherine is truly an award winner!! Her extensive knowledge of lettings in the local area built by years of experience allows Catherine to guide you on your lettings journey ensuring it is a safe one without too many bumps in the road.

Terri is our problem solver, whether its block, residential or estate management she knows what to do as she has most probably been there, seen it and done it during her years in property management. Terri spends most of her day speaking to people, not always about work though.

We all know when she is in the office. Dawn’s long-term passion for customer service is shown through her constant efforts in ensuring the happiness of residents is upheld. Her professional, personal approach delivers results.

She will let you she does not work Wednesday’s!!

Our money person, making sure our bills are paid and so are yours. Jackie has years of experience in credit control (she does not want us to say how many!), knowing the importance of people’s money Jackie ensures we have full control of the finances.

Maybe the most important member of team as the face of LevelUP, but he doesn’t let the fame go to his head!!
